I highly recommend the homemade cookie trays from Carolina Deli. They are a staple we give to friends and family and love them ourselves. Also, they are more than a deli. We have used them for catering and they did a fantastic job. The food was fresh and had great flavor. Additionally, the customer service is fantastic as this is a small family run business who I have been told has been open for over 40 years. Really fantastic people!

This place has fallen from grace I purchase a breakfastI had hoped for something fresh however the sausage was pre-process microwave and the egg was a process round microwaved item as well however I know that they are basically known for their cookies and bakeries they had some cinnamon rolls lined up beautifully they look amazingI purchased one and it was hard as a rock I could not believe the place is just run by two college kids I don't knowthe only reason to go there is because it is about the only place to eat near the hospital but definitely go over there subways you'll get your money's worth

Absolutely love the staff. They remember their regulars and are FAST considering the large volume of orders and limited prep space. My favorite sandwich is the chicken salad on a croissant but everything is good. Their desserts are also out of this world; the mini chocolate chip cookies are addictive.

The owner/person making cookies invited me in to look at the breakfast menu. I looked it over in front of the cook and decided not to get anything because there is not anything my one year old child could eat off the menu while she was sick. I was very nice and even thanked them. Once I left, while I stood at the elevator, I overheard the two of them saying derogatory/distasteful things about me not wanting to eat there. Made me feel bad for even walking in the restaurant to see what they were offering. Very sad that they talk about people that could be potential customers. If I could give zero

They are always friendly and welcoming. My favorite is the chef salad and the yummy cake slices and cookies. The oatmeal cookies with pecans are heavenly, pound cake is lovely, and the brownies are wonderful - it is so hard to choose. Very reasonably priced lunch. And when I go to a meeting and they have Carolina Deli cater the box lunch, it makes everybody enjoy the meeting more!

I agree with the previous review! I first discovered this little jewel when leaving my doctor's office and the smell of fresh bread was just SO alluring. I especially like their egg salad sandwich and can't resist taking home their little peanut butter blossoms and wedding cookies. Try it, you're bound to like it.
