We hired Dave Semprini with Flawless Masonry to demo our existing patio, replace patio and build an outdoor kitchen. At time of estimate, we were in contract to buy the home and wanted to coordinate so we could have Dave start soon after we closed on our new home. Dave was professional and Pat in the office was helpful as well. They started and their crew worked tirelessly. Marvin was the lead guy and he definitely knew his stuff. Let me start by saying this is by far the best home improvement experience I've had!! I wanted to redo my entire backyard and driveway since I've been working from home due to COVID and spend so much time in my yard now. I had a few other companies come and give estimates but they were lacking in the design area. Flawless Masonry replaced our driveway/sidewalk/walkway. The rep was helpful and responsive including quick response to several changes and advised how to properly file with the Highway Department. Devin did an awesome job designing from the get-go my new patio reconstruction/expansion. Once the guys got going, they worked extremely hard, fast, and meticulously. It was shocking to see the daily progress. They expanded the patio, built an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit, walkway and pavilion area. I gave Devin some creative flexibility and he did what was best for the project, not his profits. I'm not entirely sure where to begin with this review so I'm just going to go ahead and jump in. I own a brick quadplex that had front steps leading down to the driveway (parking lot in the back) with raised garden beds (that could barely grow anything because it was north facing and someone had thrown construction debris inside the bed itself. This contractor was late for the appointment to give me a quote and wasted my time. He spent less then 2 minutes on the consultation and didn't recommend any options. Just rushed through the walk through and gave me a random number (overstated) with out any details. He made it quite obvious he was not interested in doing the job. Stated a quote would be emailed to me but never followed up. I would NOT recommend this company. Quite unprofessional and they don't value new customers or referrals.

Devin and his crew did an amazing job ripping out my old patio(15 feet by 45 feet and approximately 3 feet high of concrete ) and installed light piers, Pool coping, paving stones, stairs, fire pit, and a huge retaining wall as I live on a corner property that is higher than the sidewalk. Devin was very responsive from the beginning to the end. On his initial visit he looked everything over and answered all of my questions in addition to giving me some ideas. He took some time to take some measurements and a few days later he sent a computer design of our patio and we were floored.
