His full name is Frank Richard Beckwith, but his friends call him "Rick". Here at the office, we call him Dr. "B." Dr. Beckwith is a Colorado native who received his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degrees from the University of Colorado.
He graduated as the valedictorian of his dental class in 1994 and received his Master of Science degree in Oral Biology and his orthodontic specialty certificate from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1996.Dr. Beckwith purchased our Longmont office in 1996 and opened our second part-time location in Berthoud in 2008.

Dr. Beckwith's treatment philosophy is simple. He wants to give you the most beautiful or handsome smile and healthiest bite possible. Teeth straightening is why most patients seek orthodontic care. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Beckwith and the entire staff at Mountain View orthodontics. They were professional, caring, and very honest. My son just got his phase 1 braces off and we will definitely be returning for his phase 2 in a few years when he is ready. The staff was always very attentive and friendly. Dr. Beckwith is one of the most knowledgeable orthodontist and I would recommend him to anyone looking for their children or for themselves.

I can say one thing about this place. they are great! i got braces around 10 months ago and just got them off they care if your mouth is sore due to them wanting to make sure it is does not hurt your mouth. they are very kind and give you the best smile you could ever want it scares me to think about what they looked like before i got my braces i love my new smile. i love their comuaication

My experience at Mountain View Orthodontics has been amazing. They helped me want to smile more and not dread going in for an appointment like going in for for a cleaning. Had a very knowledgeable staff that answered all my question or concerns when I asked or get me that information when needed. Made everything clear at the beginning of a timeline on when I should expect to be finished. Very much appreciate the hard work of all the staff and Dr.Beckwith that gave me my smile back.

I and my family have been going to Mountain View Orthodontics for the past 15+ years. I had braces and four of my children have had braces. I can speak both as a patient and a parent of patients.
