Called to schedule A FOLLOW UP appointment for my kid, receptionist says my name doesn't match the HIPPA form. I have been a patient for almost a year, as well as my kid. I pay 120 a month to have to verify my identity and still get attitude from the receptionist TO SCHEDULE A FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT. Never apologized, after seeing I'm getting upset decides to "continue anyways and put that correction in" then let's me know his doctor is out this week. I requested to cancel my membership instead, I'm going over to the much cheaper ucHealth option, their urgent care suggested I go to their pediatrician

I searched for insurance and it would cost me 1,600 a month plus a 1400 a year for co pay before I can use my insurance. So I found peak Med for unlimited Drs visits, calls and emails. Dr will respond with in minutes of your contact.. For approx $79.a month. Labs and prescriptions ARE Extra at a discounted price. Dr Eric Hetzel has the best bedside manner you never feel rushed through. The staff are all awesome positive and great bedside manor. Best overall experience is at PeakMed On Tutt in Colorado Springs. ³

The front desk staff is rude and acts like you’re bothering them, I specifically addressed my concerns and the woman kept asking the same question on what I needed. I called asking questions and I could really hear just sighing on the phone, moving forward I will be going somewhere else because of the poor treatment I received when I didn’t even get to go into my first appt. 0/10 will never recommend to anyone.
UPDATE: I gave the another shot, woke up sick on Sunday and couldn’t get to anyone I called Monday and they won’t see me. Will now make the mistake of giving them a third shot.

I spoke with Bre and she assisted me with the process of finding out when PeakMed will be able to offer vaccinations. She mentioned that she wasn't sure but what was really nice is she called back shortly after my initial phone conversation and mentioned that she spoke with the office manager and she gave me the update and put me on a list to make sure that I am kept in the loop about the vaccine and its availability at the the PeakMed facility. I felt she went above and beyond to see to it that she gave me the most updated information. I really appreciate that!

I have a primary care doctor for the first time in 28 years. I am amazed at the affordability and the care I receive every time I walk through the door. My doctor is attentive and listens to me; he asks thorough questions, and explains why he got to the conclusion that he did. I feel so lucky. Thank you to everyone at PeakMed. ❤️❤️

I love having the Peak Med team available when I need them and for whatever I need them for. Aside from managing long term chronic issues like pros, the occasional little thing comes up like removing a splinter from the bottom of my foot, which was why I had to visit them last time. Nobody puts you down for going in for a small matter like a splinter where you can't really get it out on your own. Professional all the way. I recommend PeakMed for all your primary care needs.
