We bought a hot tub from them and after only a year our jet pack went out, so they put a new one on. Then our pump broke, replaced it , now it won't heat. Going on 7 months and problem still not resolved and can't use hot tub. After repeated calls and text messages with no response, still waiting!!! Don't know, maybe they feel asleep, tired of having something we can't use. If you want customer service, wouldn't recommend

Went in to get some quotes on an inground pool. The customer service was terrible. The lady came out and acted like she didn't have time for us. She looked us up and down and you could tell we were being profiled. When asking about prices she snarled her nose and spoke down to us making us feel like she was thinking "why are you wasting my time, y'all can't afford this." I guess I should have told her that we pay cash and don't finance anything but I guess my cash will work better elsewhere.

I needed a drive gear for a Polaris 280 and called the local stores and the one I had been using didn't have it plus was over priced but this store said not only did she have one that she took off an old unit but I could have it at no charge . We came and picked it up and went ahead and bought a new wheel as one wheel I believe was worn due to bad drive gear teeth . The lady was very pleasant and won a new customer , I will be telling all my friends and customers this is place to shop .btw the wheel was about $5 less than what I could get it on amazon .
