I am a builder of high end homes in southern NY state. South Mountain Woodworking has provided kitchens in most of they homes for more than 20 years. The designs and installations have been top quality. The staff are more qualified, knowledgeable, and professional than any other I have worked with. My customers are all satisfied. Awful Experience here. He sold me a kitchen, it was defective off the truck and he refused to help get it fixed. He charged me 29K for a kitchen that he paid the manufacturer 14k for, and told me he was giving me a discount (I obtained the cost from the manufacturer). The kitchen design was pretty good, but somewhat boring and outdated. Ended up trying to sue him, but he never showed up in court. I am guessing he is out of business at this point.
