E have had our new countertops and full backsplash for about a week now and I couldn’t be happier. From start to finish Rocky Top was everything I had hoped they would be. The staff let us take our time looking at different styles, stones, and options. They provided instant quotes and estimates on price, availability, template scheduling, and installation.

We were a repeat customer, first time everything went great.
This time not so much. The square foot estimate was off by 50 square feet, they had our cabinet layout to measure from. The sale price ended up 30% higher than the quote, fortunately we had the means to cover this increase.
The installer had to notch out around an electrical outlet, but refuse to give a filler piece to place below the cover plate, leaving a void that looks awful.
The overhang at either end of our Island is not uniform, 1/2 inch at one end and an inch at the other.
Communication with managers was non existent.

Jasmine and the crew here is awesome. Jasmine helped us pick out our granite for our kitchen and we couldn’t be more pleased. Cody the template technician was very knowledgeable and told us what we needed to do to extend the countertop to the wall for us to have a contractor supply adequate bracing. Alex and his install crew put in the granite and made sure we were happy with the results before he left our property. All around great experience. Would definitely recommend.

We are so glad to have chosen Rocky Tops for our new quartz countertop project. Jacqueline was a pleasure to work with. Since we were not the perfect customer and changed our minds several times, her guidance, accommodation, and prompt response was greatly appreciated.

This is an update on my last review. I spoke with Ruddy at Rocky Top, He apologized for the ball being dropped on us and that it wasn’t intentional and would do what he could to make it right and make me happy. He made an appointment with us to correct the issue. He came over at the time of the appointment. He had me show him the issues and started working on them right away. He explained why and what he was doing. When it was all done, He did a great job! The granite looks absolutely beautiful!!! I would recommend them to my family and friends! He is a man of his word!
