The Air Force Enlisted Village employs about 120 talented staff who work in many different departments throughout Bob Hope Village (our independent living retirement community), Hawthorn House (our assisted living and memory support residence), and at the Air Force Enlisted Village headquarters.
From LPNs, CNAs, Resident Assistants and dining staff to activities coordinators, maintenance, security guards and drivers, taking care of our residents is our priority.We also have administrative and leadership positions. Air Force Enlisted Village was voted Finest Place to Work in 2021 by the readers of the Northwest Florida Daily News.

We receive donations by credit card; however, we do not keep credit card information after contributions are processed, except in cases of recurring contributions. We use a credit card processing company to process contributions. Neither the Air Force Enlisted Village nor our credit card processing company retains, shares, stores or uses personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Through AFEV, you're literally changing lives. Stacie, who lost her loving husband, Elmer, a master sergeant with 20 years of service in the Air Force, is proof of that. Stacie suffers from dystonia, a movement disorder in which a person's muscles contract uncontrollably. As her condition worsened, Stacie could no longer continue her job helping adults with special needs and disabilities.
Your gift ensures that military widows in their time of need will always have a safe, secure home. The Air Force Enlisted Village graciously accepts gifts of cash, checks, credit card payments, land, property, stocks, and securities. All donations are appreciated. Our Sustaining Donor Program funds ongoing work on our facilities and prepares Bob Hope Village and Hawthorn House for the future.
