Dr. Chad Rosborough has been in practice since 2003, when he graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Our entire team is here to make sure that you not only get out of pain but can achieve your best level of health yet. We welcome you and all of your loved ones to our chiropractic office. Many of our patients are babies and children.
When Dr. Rosborough discovered chiropractic, he was intrigued by its hands-on, all-natural approach. He decided to become a chiropractor, attending Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa. After achieving his Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Rosborough opened Natural Wellness Chiropractic. His continuing education includes extensive work in the Mally Extremity Technique, in which he is certified.
When there is pressure on the nerves of your body, you will experience pain or dysfunction. By gently manipulating your spine, Dr. Chad Rosborough can ensure the proper alignment so that your body can heal itself. Many of our patients are athletes such as golfers, runners or soccer players. If you find that you are having difficulty breathing, it may be due to a misalignment that occurred during competition.

Dr. Chad is the Best!!!
During my pregnancy with my son I was in so much pain from my hips and pelvis being out of wack and having to chase a toddler, at times I could barely move! Dr. Chad helped me so much and helped me be able to do the things I wasn’t able to do to my back being out.
I recently took my 2 1/2 year old in because she fell on her hip. She doesn’t normally like any type of doctor but Dr. Chad was awesome with her and made her feel comfortable so he could put her back in place!
I have Been going to see him for a year now and am still happy to call him my chiropractor! He
