Services
We are an independent member of the BDO Alliance USA, a nationwide association of independently owned local and regional accounting, consulting and service firms with similar client service goals. The BDO Alliance USA presents an opportunity for firms to expand services to clients without jeopardizing our existing relationships or our autonomy by accessing the resources of BDO USA, LLP and other Alliance members.
Our audit services look critically at your operations in order to go beyond simply expressing an opinion on financial statements. We approach each engagement with the goal of developing an in-depth knowledge of your industry and operations, and a desire to establish a strong collaborative effort between your team and ours.
Sproles Woodard performs services for traditional 401(k) plans, pension plans, health and welfare plans, 403(b) plans, and fringe benefit plans. In addition to performing audit services, we prepare Form 5500, and other benefit plan-related tax forms. We also represent our clients on regulatory and compliance issues with the IRS and DOL.
Family Asset Management Services are provided through our affiliated company - Catoico Resource Management LP. Sproles Woodard, LLP is the general partner and majority interest holder in Catoico Resource Management LP which specializes in the agency management of private oil and gas interests, ranches, farms and investments.
