Dr. Woodburn uses a "whole person" model for addressing issues such as job stress, anxiety, and depression. Individuals who experience such issues tend to develop more negative automatic thoughts and behavior patterns than are normal or healthy for them. Our therapists use the cognitive / integrative model to assist clients in the identification, challenging, and correction of these automatic and dysfunctional thoughts and behavior patterns.
