Thank you for providing the webcast and tribute video in memory of Dad. The service celebrating Dad’s life service was wonderful and our entire family thank Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services for kindness and attention to details. I've only been there for one funeral and they were great. I was there with the family through the whole process. From picking out the casket, service and even what was put in the obituary. The whole staff was very professional, friendly and courteous. I was there the other day as a service to the funeral that was going on. Again the staff was at there high level of excellence.

Jason and Staff, Thank you so much for providing your tent for our church celebration last Sunday. We had beautiful weather, lots of friends, wonderful music, and delicious food. We really appreciate the man who brought the ten and erected it for us. He was very timely and even came by a day early to be sure he knew the exact spot we wanted it. With my family, I insisted on Kirby's for the care of my precious father. I had been to many services at their location in Mountain Home and was impressed with their professionalism but yet gentle, caring manner. I was not wrong. Jason, Betty and everyone was so very nice. Not only that, but they went way and beyond to help us through the grieving process, our indecisiveness and endless questions. It wasn't as though we lose someone that important to us all the time! So much better than the funeral home that took of my mother! But although they were fine, they were not the BEST. I recommend Kirby

Jason, you were an immense help in walking me through this whole process and Rev. Ludwig was just wonderful. There is much going on here as I am sure that there is much going on there! I should have sent this a couple of days ago! Tears are rolling down my cheeks as I write this! I just wanted to let you/her know how much that I appreciate the work that Heather Marsalis, and her assistant did, after my dad's passing! Dad's life was extraordinary! He was always so active! It was very hard to witness his last few years! I know that he is in a better place now, without pain or suffering! Heather, her assistant, and your whole organization deserve kudo's for the work you did for his funeral
