Your car's heating and A/C should be checked seasonally to keep your automobile comfortable in any weather condition. Air filter replacement is an important part of regular vehicle maintenance and should be replaced about every 3,000 to 15,000 miles. Your car's battery should be examined and maintained to guarantee the performance of your automobile's electrical system.

You may add these tires to your scheduled appointment after we have contacted you regarding your quote. These limited warranties apply only to parts and labor shown on your invoice - there may be other components in a system that are not covered. Parts: 6 months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first. Labor: 6 months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first. NOTE: Steering or suspension parts installed after the alignment void the limited warranty.

My wife worked near Monument road and tire - I was out of town - her car stalled, a co-worker drover her to Monument - someone from Monument came out, jumped her car and followed her to the shop.
They put in a new battery, and charged a reasonable price.
Fast forward @18 months...wife's car was starting rough - dealership said it could be the battery....took to Monument - they changed out the battery - no charge.....
Although they're not close to my house, I'm going to start going to monument - a good, fair and reasonable mechanic is hard to find.......

Went here for the first time...had to get a tire fixed. They were busy and told me to come back later. I did and the young lady at the desk looked at the tire. Asked me to leave it and she would call when it was done. She called as stated and fixed the tire. The young man brought the tire to the car and loaded it in the trunk for me.
Everyone was nice the place was clean. Prices are posted. No surprises. I would definitely go back!

After multiple years, services, and vehicles, they have lost our family's trust and our business. We brought a used vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection and they said everything checked out great so we purchased it for our son. Four days later, he was broken down in a small town in GA with a bad alternator, a nearly $500 repair. Called for a refund of the inspection fee but they doubled down. Is it really worth losing a long-time customer over less than $50?

After many years and thousands of dollars spent here they have lost my family's business. Took my mother's SUV in needing a brake job and transmission fluid changed, left needing a new transmission. The service manager, Dom is rude and extremely disrespectful. He is the sole reason we will not be back, the way he talked to my mother who is in her 70s was disgusting. For him to still be employed at this company says allot about the quality of this business.

Horrible service! Asked for an an alignment two weeks in a row. First time they lost the paperwork. Next time the lady said I never asked for it.
Had brakes installed in September and they have squealed for five months. I brought the car in three different times and was told on all three circumstances that it was condensation building up on the brakes. Finally they decided to deglaze the brake pads which slightly improved the problem but did not correct the problem. They did ultimately replaced the brake pads with an upgrade and warranteed out the brakees at an additional cost.

My new favorite place to get an oil change and tire rotation. Family owned and operated independent Goodyear dealer. Great folks here. Had to get a quick oil change and tire rotation before heading down to the Keys tomorrow for vacation. These guys came through big time. Will continue to bring all our vehicles here from now on for minor service issues.

My husband and I started taking our cars here due to the convenient location but keep returning because they consistently go above and beyond. Every time we need assistance with one of our vehicles they are incredibly helpful and charge a reasonable price. I actually have to bring my car in soon for a minor repair and am avoiding the dealership because they are routinely more expensive, see you soon Goodyear! Consistently underperformed and not meeting expectations. I believe they attempt to take advantage of people who are not car savvy. recent experience involved them taking 4 times as long to complete simple task (oil change rotate and balance) should not take over 4 hours when they commit to 45 minutes. My wife took the car to them. and when she got it back tires were woefully under inflated to the point of danger! Avoid them.
