Elite Environmental Consulting is a full service environmental consulting firm serving all of the Western United States with several offices located in California and Idaho. We specialize in the testing of Asbestos, Mold, Lead-Based Paint and Bacteria, providing our clients with detailed reports and surveys identifying affected materials, location, quantity, and detailed abatement and remediation recommendations.
Elite Environmental Consulting can conduct asbestos testing to identify the location, extent, and condition of suspect asbestos containing material (ACM) such as vinyl floor tile, sheet vinyl, floor mastics, drywall joint compound, textured painted surfaces, acoustic ceiling, roof shingles, exterior siding, insulation, and wrapping on HVAC ducts and plumbing.

I used Elite Environmental as my testing company, so this review will pertain to their service in testing and consulting.
We had house-wide cross contamination of asbestos due to the negligence of a contractor. I had Elite come in to do testing and help in my dispute with the contractor.
The testing was prompt and very professional. I was given full reports and the freedom to call in and have anything explained. Boy, did I call/email!
I worked with Ben F and Kenneth P, who were so reassuring and considerate of my situation. Ben and Q came in on several occasions to collect samples. They were

If you need asbestos testing done, I highly recommend Elite Environmental. They are professional, knowledgeable, helpful and prompt, which is critical when you have a multi-stepped project to address. I learned of Elite based on a referral from Pablo at Top Down Restoration (also a great company to work with). Based on Pablo's suggestion, I reached out to Kenneth at Elite to have the affected area in the house tested for asbestos. This company took huge advantage of my elderly mother. they showed up after we spent a fortune on new pipes underneath our home, saying the water needed to be tested, and that insurance will pay for the cost. well, guess what.....my 93 year old mother was grossly taken advantage of to the tune of $1,112.00 all so that this company could get money out of her. the insurance company refuses to pay for this unnecessary service, so now my mother is stuck with this bill. never let this company screw your elderly parents. they are crooks, and prey unpon the elderly for work that is not needed nor ever

I try to keep from writing reviews and use Yelp as a guide for good local businesses, but I feel compelled to write one for this company. As a longtime estimator for a hazardous materials removal company, I have come across numerous companies that provide testing to hold us accountable for the work we complete. Almost all of them are very hard to get in touch with and are too busy to squeeze me in for an emergency service. This is the first company that has quickly responded every time i have sent a request, and not one complaint from my clients which is a first! I have now used this company well

When I called, I was given great information about the process for testing my home for asbestos. They came out the same day. The gentleman that came out was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He took extra tests at my request. I got the results very quickly. Everyone that I have had contact with has been very professional, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company!

Kenneth provided testing in my home prior to a kitchen remodel and then lead and asbestos testing after demo. He and his technicians are prompt, reliable, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Kenneth was also very helpful by answering all of my questions about the testing, abatement, and was even available after hours and on the weekend!
