Progressive Physical Therapy
Osteoarthritis is a common joint disease that can develop after an injury or simply result from aging. People also can inherit a tendency to develop osteoarthritis, and being overweight can be a contributing factor as well. Our expert, credentialed staff is committed to personalized patient care. We advocate patient education that promotes the benefits of exercise, proper body mechanics and postural awareness.

In addition to therapy provided at our state-of-the-art- facilities, many patients will receive a home treatment program of strengthening and stretching techniques. No matter your situation, whether you've been hurt on the job, at home or at play, we can help you find relief for your pain.
Services
Our licensed physical therapists have the ability to evaluate and diagnose your symptoms and develop a personalized treatment plan, all from the comfort of your home. Your physical therapist can issue, and make updates to, a personalized home exercise plan to keep you on track between visits. I am very thankful to have physical therapy from Progressive Physical Therapy by telehealth, using my computer!
Have you suffered a shoulder injury? Do you have shoulder pain and don't know why? Call us toll-free at (877) 342-2669 to schedule an evaluation so that we can help you on your road to recovery. One of the most important joints in the body is the shoulder. With a healthy shoulder you are able to reach, pull, push - perhaps carry the weight of the world on your shoulders and sometimes offer a shoulder to cry on.
All those aching backs! In a survey done by the National Institutes of Health, 27 percent of Americans said low back pain was their most common type of pain, followed by headaches or migraines (15 percent). More than 26 million Americans aged 20 to 64 suffer from back pain, and each year we spend at least $50 billion on neck and back pain relief.
Most people with a concussion recover quickly and fully. But for some people, symptoms can last for days, weeks, or longer. In general, recovery may be slower among older adults, young children, and teens. Those who have had a concussion in the past are also at risk of having another one and may find that it takes longer to recover if they have another concussion.
The major muscles involved in bending your arm are the triceps-on the back of your arm-and biceps, on the front of your arm. Your many smaller flexor and extensor muscles allow you to move your wrists and fingers and rotate your forearm. Your elbow is a complex joint. It allows you to extend and flex, as well as rotate your hand and forearm.

I chose Progressive Physical Therapy for my PT after total knee replacement. I couldn't be more pleased. I had heard lots of terror stories about how painful PT was (and at times, the hard work was painful), but Jennifer explained each exercise completely and demonstrated well. She always had her eye on me (even caught me when I was trying to cheat! hehe). My knee is strong now and she taught me physical skills that I thought I couldn't accomplish. After working with Jennifer, I realized that sometimes you can't do something because you just don't know how to try. She taught me how and I am more

My experience here has been great. The staff is very kind and educational. Jennifer took her time and explain all exercises to me and what muscle groups that exercise is focused on and how it will help towards my recovery. If you need therapy this is the place to go. I personally thank her for her dedication. Very informative.

Great place to do therapy. Very friendly staff. Not overly crowded. Very educational on the exercises you are given. Jennifer will make you work but you will be grateful in the end with the improvement of your range of motion.
