Really liked the office at first. Will now be filing a complaint with my health insurance and state insurance commission. They find a way to code visits that are clearly preventative to make sure you have a copay. Don’t ask specific questions because that will change the entire visit. Ordered ridiculous amounts of blood tests and even coded those incorrectly. Most Dr.s will give simple test results over the phone but not at this location. They want to make sure you walk through the door so they can bill you and the insurance even if it’s a 30 second visit. Would recommend finding another provider

Dr McCrory is a complete quack. Misdiagnosed a heart condition for my husband, which we then spent over $1000 on cardiology tests only to find out he's completely fine. Misdiagnosed a concussion for my college aged son. Check every box on a lab slip for blood work when only supposed to be doing blood sugar check... got a bill for over $500. His reply was just dont pay it.. they won't send us to collections... terrible

My fist visit with McCrory was fine. At my second visit I had to wait quite a while while I listened to him chatting with his patient about their personal lives. I am very busy so this was frustrating. I was late to the third visit. I called in advance and was told to still come in. I am a medical professional and had an emergency patient so I appreciated the flexibility. I arrived about 20 min later than expected. I again had to wait, which is understandable when I did not arrive at my appointment time. However the front staff member was impolite and when Dr. McCrory was again chatting away at

He seems like a good doctor, I have only seen him once for now. The staff is nice too. But if you need a referral just make sure they don't forget to send it. I called after a week to check why haven't I been contacted by rheumatologist by now to find out that doctor forgot to send it. And no sorry at all, nothing as if I was the one who made a mistake. It looks to me that I did by chosing their practice. Now I have to be the one to call them once again to make sure they did their job. Outrageous!

Dr. McCrory is top notch. He's friendly, knowledgeable, takes his time with you and covers everything in great detail so you are well informed about your health. I have been seeing him for 7 months and in that time, he has helped me to take steps to improve my health greatly. He told me what to do to lower my blood sugar, adjust my thyroid, stop my acid reflux, improve my cholesterol, and decrease inflammation. Side effect: my allergies are gone! My very first intake visit went fine but it was quickly downhill thereafter! By my 3rd visit I was sorely dissappointed. He talks a whole lot, not LISTENING to his patients; causing major office delays. He is VERY narrow minded about diet, "plant-based diet". ALL health problems are caused by animal products, as far as he's concerned. Also, continually pushing unneeded supplements & therapies, charge for services not provided, takes vitals every time to charge as office visits, & office organization is completely upside-down. Only positive was with the blood work- The nurse drawing was AWESOME

Office staff is very friendly. After years of being treated like a medical experiment in the past where Drs just want you to take this pill, that pill, another pill, more pills, etc..... I finally have a Dr. you know cares to figure out what is happening and how to treat it. I have more insight to my issues now than I ever have. But I also have a Dr. now who actually listens and doesnt push you to try things you arent comfortable with. You can tell after about 5 mins with Dr. M that he actually cares about treating patients and helping us live more comfortable lives.
