Though my project was small, Superior gave it all the attention that I'm sure they must give their large clients. I found the exchanges with engineering to be very professional and fun to work with as we had some difficult dimensions to work out.
Please note: Superior currently only offers Series 9H Horizontal Railing for level applications. Series 9H cannot be used on projects such as stairs, ramps, or other unlevel surfaces. I work in the Mobile Home industry in San Jose, California. Trying to acquire a specific part locally with no success, I ventured beyond our boundaries with high hopes. I reached out to a number of business by email during my search. Most replied with a generic response quoting parts prices, shipping costs and additional fees for this or that. Some didn’t bother to get back to me at all. And then suddenly…the clouds parted…the Angels started singing…and I found Superior Aluminum Products in Russia, Ohio.
