CROOKS - DO NOT HIRE! Erik Dolqueist of 20/20 visual is unethical and has terrible business practices. He took my money and left me with a website that crashed within 2 weeks of getting it going and thereafter could not be fixed. Erik said he would try to fix it, then went dark on me for more than a month with no follow up, explanation for not getting back to me, or update on timing for the repairs. Desperate, I tried to have another web designer get the site up and running, but they said there were too many internal errors to fix the site so I was forced to start from scratch. I tried to

We are now interviewing new web designers to fix the page Erik created for us... bottomline- dude did a HORRIBLE job with our site and neglected to do most of even the most basic SEO strategies that web designers us. So in addition to the guy sending my partner threatening emails, his poor work has really, really hurt our business.

I have to lower my review of 20/20 (20/Twenty) Visual today (10/23/18) from two stars to one star after I received an email from 20/20 Visual "principal" (and likely only employee) Erik Dolquist in which he physically threatened me solely due to the wording of my below (formerly 2 Star) Yelp review of him and his company 20/20 Visual. As a result of Erik's bizarre email threats I was forced to file a police report with the Alameda Police Department. Based on Erik's recent threatening conduct, I strongly recommend everyone against doing business with Erik and 20/20 Visual.

I sent them basic information and they created an easy to use format that I can update and monitor by myself.

Working with Erik and Zoe has been a great experience. A few months ago, the nonprofit I work for approached 20/20 to build a small website for us called MyDebtStory.com. They agreed to work within our limited budget, and within a month, we had our first draft ready.

20/20 Visual did a fabulous job designing ecobling.biz. The layout is built in flash very sleek and easy to move through. They did exactly what we had invisioned. They built a checkout system on our web page for our products, set up our paypal system, and connected us to all the social networking sites to help promote our product. . Eric and Zoe are nothing short of amazing. They just finished updating my identity, and I LOVE my new logo. I have gotten more compliments than I can count. They kept they doggie that people love, while jazzing it up with just the right colors and new elements.
They are working on my website, and so far what I've seen I am super excited about.
On a personal note, they are fabulous to work with, and both have a great energy that makes them absolute pleasure to work with. I can't recommend them enough!!

The dynamic duo known as Erik and Zoe were absolutely wonderful to work with!! Om Records has worked with Erik for many years. He has designed numerous releases and web content (flash especially) for us. We're always pleased with his results. He is a highly skilled designer, very level headed, responsible and respectful. He always brings creative vision to the forefront of whatever he touches. I have used 2020-Visual for all of the design, print and media work for my start-up.Not only have they helped me fulfill the vision of my company, I had no idea it could be found in Alameda.
If I had found 2020-Visual earlier I would not have wasted precious time and money on inferior design and products in San Francisco.

I had them design wedding invitations, club fliers and even set up an e commerce site for me .... complete with on line payment options etc.
The style they use is very unique and can adapt to any situation.... plus VERY affordable.... allowing you to purchase blocks of time so you don't get trapped into a big project if it does not all go well for you.

So Eric built the website for the Limo company that i used to manage. I basically told him what i wanted the site to look like and he interpreted my ideas so creatively!!
He did a great job and was very reasonably priced. He pretty much built our website from scratch and it worked well... Unfortunately the company went down the tube and could never afford to get the site finished but as far as working with Eric, he was awesome. Considering that everything was done over the phone i was very satisfied.
