We did our pool opening and closing through MCM and they come, do the job, and bill you! During the opening, they were super helpful and answered some questions I had. Kurt and Artie were super nice and helpful over the phone as well. Recommended for those annual pool services.
We did get quoted for a spa repair a pretty hefty price. The job they quoted involved cutting the insulation in our spa so the labor as well as the parts were pretty expensive. I lucked out and was able to educate myself on the fix, and did so myself for about $150 less, without cutting any insulation.

Generally I do not write many reviews, but when I do its because a company exceeded my expectations. Hi my name Dave from Cumberland RI.I had a major problem with my pool when removing the cover I dumped all the dirt and leaves right into it, literally it looked like a polluted swamp. I Called MCM pools June 24th along with several other companies for a clean up, MCM was the only company that called me back.I received a call from Alec, explained my situation and within minuets he designed a plan that allowed our family to be swimming in a clear beautiful pool before the 4th of July. As a recent college graduate from the Norton area, I worked for MCM as a seasonal technician, and had a great time applying my aquaculture experience to pool systems. I was also proud to be their first female employee and was very please that I was treated no differently than any other employee, and that my voice was valued. MCM had a great work environment and I gained useful plumbing experience I can carry with me to future careers. Overall, great experience working side by side with some of the most inviting pool experts!

When opening my gunite Pool this year my Pool was especially black. I called a Dedham Pool co. We ve used for years to set up an opening and super power vac. It turned out they needed to put a new timer in. They ordered but didn t save a close date for the cleaning. They were booked out one month. Didn t seem to care that the house is on the market so I tried another two local pool service co. Boy customer service isn t what it used to be. I went on line and read reviews about other Pool co. We were unhappy with our existing pool guys and of course our pool pump brakes. We took a chance on a local company and were more than satisfied with the price, and speed of installing our new pump. They even came back the next day to fix a leak totally unrelated to the pump install. Fantastic, definitely going to make MCM our new pool service company!
