At Beyond Pilates we help you move better by tailoring the Pilates Method to your body's needs. Our mindful approach to Pilates allows us to meet you where you are now and guide you to where you want to be. We stay informed about the latest science concerning movement, biomechanics, musculoskeletal and fascial health.

Pilates has given me a better understanding of the alignment and functionality of my body, and a better awareness of movement and the mind-body connection. My Pilates instruction lets me take care of my body, and it's something I can practice my entire life to live a healthy, well-functioning life!
Services
We believe in the power of mindful movement and have invested considerable time and resources into our training. We are passionate about Pilates because we have seen how much our clients (and ourselves) benefit from it. We continue to stay current with our continuing education, learning about the latest research in movement, biomechanics, and the myofascial system.
We help people move smarter, improve posture, and regain ideal muscular and fascial strength and length to support them in their chosen activities, whether those activities are participating in elite sports or being able to get up and down from the floor and lift grandchildren. Pilates is a full-body, holistic system of movement that is scientifically proven to alleviate and prevent back pain.
To get started, please book an Introductory Session so we can get to know you better. I had taken a few group classes before but with minimal instruction. I appreciated each instructor's individual attention and an in-depth explanation of moves and the overall approach. They have incredible energy, empathy, and professional expertise!
Pilates is an exercise system that engages the mind and body together to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve overall health. Classes focus on core strength, proper alignment, and efficient movement patterns. Using resistance from springs, the Pilates equipment can be used to isolate certain muscles / muscle groups, or challenge the whole body at once.
Wear clothes that you feel comfortable moving in, such as leggings, sweatpants, yoga pants, t-shirt, tank top, etc. Fancy athletic wear is not required. If you wear shorts, it is a good idea to wear biker shorts underneath to prevent exposure during movements such as straddle stretches. Shoes are not worn during Pilates classes, but we do request that you wear socks.

I started working with a Pilates instructor while I was healing from a Gluteus Medius tear. As an elite trail runner, it is incredibly difficult to push my body to its limit without injury. I train on a fine line between injury and huge performance breakthroughs. The work I've been doing with my instructor has been helping build a strong foundation for my running! I have already seen huge improvements in my hip mobility and hamstring flexibility. It is now so much easier for my body to withstand the miles I run. The instructors are knowledgeable and able to find alignment and muscle imbalances

The ladies at Beyond Pilates are some of the most intelligent, kind, patient, and knowledgable people I've ever been around. The studio is clean, welcoming, and fully stocked with all kinds of props and equipment to help you reach your goals or move past your pain/injuries. I couldn't recommend this studio and these instructors more!

My husband couldn't walk when he started with Nichole now he is able to stand straight and walk. She is very knowledgeable . When our doctor saw him he couldn't believe his eyes . Nichole and Beyond Pilates are the best thing to happen to us.

I have been referring my patients for many years to Beyond Pilates to compliment their Chiropractic care from injury rehab assistance to overall wellness. All have been very happy with their professional care. This facility has excellent and a wide range of Pilates equipment and accessories to allow the client to reach their full potential.

I can't say enough about how great Beyond Pilates is. Nicole and Parker are such meticulous instructors. I've done pilates classes before - both mat and machine - but this is the first time I have really understood what is possible with great pilates instruction. I started my sessions with chronic knee, calf, shoulder pain. They designed a program to help me recover from these injuries and prevent them from happening again. I feel the best I've felt in years. I first started as a client here. I have always been heavily involved in sports and have competed at a collegiate level. After sustaining a severe ankle injury, I turned to Pilates. Once I felt first hand how Pilates transformed my body, it became a passion of mine. This passion led me to become a fully certified Pilates instructor, and now I begin the next chapter at Beyond Pilates as an INSTRUCTOR.
