Cannot recommend Felix enough! I'm always a little weary with home repair folks, especially the ones who take advantage of my general lack of knowledge with plumbing/AC, etc. Felix made the effort to come out past his regular business hours and took care of my AC unit in less than 30 minutes, and charged me an extremely fair price. It's 102 out there people - we need that AC! We also need more businessmen like Felix who are out there working hard and dealing fairly with customers. If you've got an AC issue - give this man a call!

Our heater has been broken for over a month and I found fix it Felix on google and read the amazing reviews. They Came in an hour, got the heater fixed and was NOT expensive AT ALL. Not only was it at a great price but they were also very sweet, from the phone call to the guy that fixed our heater! 15/10 recommend.

Felix has helped us with our air conditioning twice so far, and he does a great job. He's honest, gives us options, and explains everything in a way we can understand (we know NOTHING about how our air conditioning works except it makes the house cold). When it was crazy hot upstairs, he stayed way past sunset and worked in the dark to make sure the job was done. He's both professional and friendly, and we'll be recommending him to friends.

I contacted my home warranty company due to my A/C unit going out. I was skeptical due to all the horror stories you hear about warranty companies. They originally gave me to another company who couldn't come out for 3 days. This is in July with temperatures reaching 105-110 degrees. I was very upset with that information and I called back asking to be switched to somebody else that can come faster but their was response was "there are no guarantees". I took the risk and I'm so thankful I did. They assigned Fix It Felix to contact me and less than 10 minutes later I had a phone
