At Medina Law Group, we believe that you should not have to lose what it's taken you a lifetime to earn, and we believe that life should be easier for those you leave behind. We believe that there should never be any nickel and diming with clients. We charge a fixed, flat fee for our planning, which you know about and agree to before we begin the work, and there are never any hidden charges.
We were a little nervous about seeing a lawyer to talk about areas and subjects we knew nothing about, but Victor made us feel at ease within minutes. Victor, Susan and the rest of the team are very professional, yet they all made us feel comfortable and welcome. It was like everyone there was working together as a family, and we were a part of that family.

As parents, we know full well that kids DO NOT come with a Users Guide or Instruction Manual. Raising children is mostly on-the-job training. Everyone you are related to or meet will present themselves to you as THE EXPERT on how it should be done! Being taught to swim by being thrown in the water comes to mind as a good way to explain the experience.

I found the Medina Law Group from a google search for an elder care attorney in regards to an issue with my aging parents. From the beginning Susan was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. She overnighted material to educate me with the estate planning process. I have called her several times in "panic mode" and she was able to calm me down and make me feel better about the situation. Although the firm was not able to assist with my specific situation they were able to make a recommendation and not leave me hanging!

Medina Law Group has been extremely helpful in assisting my wife and I in developing an estate plan for my mom when she was entering an assisted living facility. It's quite overwhelming to consider all of the legal documents and responsibilities that arise when suddenly a family member is in need and you become the power of attorney to assist that person. Furthermore, you will find that establishing health care documents are essential when speaking to health care officials about your loved-one's medical conditions.
