I have been afraid of the dentist for years, and Dr. Citrin has officially changed that. The most pleasant dental experience I've ever had. I was offered a warm neck pillow and a weighted blanket to calm my nerves when I got to the chair! During your first visit, Dr. Citrin will start by carefully evaluating your overall oral health, away from the dental chair.
Why stop the green initiative in the home? Here at Thrive, we identify and implement environmentally responsible practices wherever possible, helping to eliminate waste from plastics, electricity, and water in our office. We want to make a difference in our community and on our planet; we even welcome you to recycle your old toothbrush with us during your visit (don't worry, we'll send you home with a new bamboo one!).

I couldn’t recommend Dr. Jenny more! During my pregnancy, I had a sudden-onset infection in one of my molars. I was in excruciating pain. Dr. Jenny helped me every step of the way, including making a referral so that I could get a root canal and then she completed the crown as soon as she could. Dr. Jenny has also completely rehabbed old composite bonding I had on my front teeth, which had chipped and yellowed over time. Her office is clean and beautiful and her staff is so kind and professional. If you are looking for a dentist, Thrive is the way to go!

Dr. Jenny is amazing. While I don't "enjoy" going to the dentist, I do enjoy going to see Dr. Jenny and her wonderful staff. I had not been to a dentist in several years due to a "filling" situation that left my mouth in pain at a different dentist office. Dr. Jenny has earned my trust and my mouth is better than ever! Highly recommend.

Dr. Jenny did a very thorough exam and we spent some time getting to
know one another She shared her philosophy on dentistry and gave me
ample time for any questions or concerns I had. I certainly never felt rushed.

It left me with a complete understanding of any issues needing attention as well as more education on what I can do to better care for my teeth with some very specific recommendations. Every single person I interacted with at Thrive was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Jenny spent so much time making sure I had all of my questions answered, and when Rachel said she was done cleaning my teeth I thought she was kidding: she was so gentle and efficient! (The Netflix on the ceiling might have skewed my view of time, too =)

We love this dental office! Rachel, the hygienist, was very patient with my two year old daughter. She let her warm up in her own time. The result was an excellent, and cooperative experience. Dr. Jenny, is also great with children and takes the time to follow up and answer all your questions.
The office itself is very clean, comfortable, and geared toward an environmentally friendly approach to dental hygiene. Would highly recommend to all.

My first visit with Dr. Jenny was thorough, professional and superlative. She spent more than a half hour during her consultation detailing the condition of each tooth and the depth of the gum area, (pockets), around each tooth.
I would highly recommend her as a dentist and for family dentistry.
Her office is state of the art and green in the Tech-Focused Sustainable sense of no waste and healthy living practice.
She is warm and welcoming as well as her staff members. Five STAR*****

This is by far the best dental experience I've ever had. Because of Covid-19 Dr. Citrin personally called me via Zoom the day before my appointment to discuss what my dental goals were. It's also so nice to be able to receive text updates and communication. As I arrived another patient was leaving and they did an excellent job wiping down all of the common surfaces and making sure they were clean. I was due for updated x-rays, which are usually so awkward and painful, but Amanda did them so quickly and efficiently. Dr. Citrin then painstakingly went through my x-rays with me so explain

I personally dread going to the dentist because I've had so many horrible experiences in the past. Thrive Dental is the first dental office that got me excited to come in. Mostly due to their commitment to helping the environment, but to my delight they create a very calming experience. Starting as soon as you walk in the door with the friendly… receptionist and the calming atmosphere. This place is unlike any dentist's office I've ever been to. It's more like a spa! The office was immaculate and modern and I really appreciated the feel of the entire space. Every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and personable and wanted to ensure I was comfortable through my entire visit. I also feel like Dr. Citrin was very competent, caring and genuinely had my best interests in mind as a patient. A visit to the dentist usually warrants worry and distress. Nobody likes getting their personal space inhabited. My trip to Thrive Dental was different. Upon arrival I was greeted by their receptionist, Zofia who welcomed me with a smile and a hand shake and asked if I needed anything to drink. She was extremely friendly and felt like an old… friend. I was then brought to an area where I met Dr. Jenny and discussed myself and issues I felt with my teeth. I just had my first cleaning here yesterday and it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. Dr. Jenny took the time to really get to know me and understand my needs and the actual cleaning was done with my wearing a heated neckwrap and a weighted blanket and I was able to watch Netflix (on the ceiling!) with noise cancelling headphones during the cleaning. She also used an ultrasonic water tool to clean my teeth instead of scraping them and it was so much more comfortable for me (though she did say she could use the manual tools if I preferred them). I'm usually very uncomfortable at the dentist

Dr. Jenny and her staff are so amazing with kids and adults. My toddler came for his first appointment and loved his experience. They are so sweet with children. Dr. Jenny will take the time to talk with you and answer any questions you may have to make a treatment plan. There are many comforts in place-weighted blankets, neck pillows, Netflix and a caring staff.

I have known Dr. Citrin since high school. She has always been a determined, trustworthy, and compassionate person. Thrive Dental is a culmination of all of the hard work she has put in to get to this point. She doesn’t simply want to be your dentist. She wants to be a part of the health of you and your family.
