From the chimney cap to slab we find and prioritize the needed maintenance! We then compile the overall cost for each priority area for you to schedule as your budget will allow.
Our interior/exterior check-up will tell you the repairs needed right away and the maintenance necessary for a moisture free and energy efficient home. Upon completion of our inspection you will receive a written report itemizing the repairs needed, the cost for each repair and all warranty information.

Rain Leaks can appear simple and attract many well intending, BUT many more NOT so well intending and see a quick buck! That's bad for everyone, especially YOU! We have a $95 Service Call Charge that is deducted IF we are given approval to immediately begin or schedule the repair work. If not, we charge the Service Call Fee which cannot be waived or deducted after 7 days from the date the proposal is received.

Wow! Had multiple different people come and Try to assess a leak that was occurring at my home, no one seemed to know where it was coming from. As soon as Randy pulled up he immediately pointed it out and was confident he could get the job done. Scheduling was easy and the work done was CLEAN. Very professional, prompt and even have reasonable prices! Would recommend to anyone that needs a leak fixed ASAP!

I had a notorious leak near a second story dormer window. Major roofing company could not fix it, major home repair service could not fix it it. But Rain Leak Solutions found the problem, proposed a novel solution and completed within two days. And since then with all the heavy rains we have had hear in FM - nothing. Bone dry. Best service ever.

Rain Leak Solutions was supposedly used by the seller of the home to fix a leak from a second story balcony into the game room. As buyers, we reached out since they had fixed other issues at this house as well according to the seller, to understand what repair was done and what we need to watch out for in the future. I have now spent over a month calling them with no one ever picking up the phone, and left four voicemails to no response. It is just wrong to ignore someone for this long when they were paid over $2k to provide a leak solution in the last month. Don’t use them if you expect any

First of all, I would like to thank the owner, Randy, for coming to my home today to further assess my rain penetration issue which his team significantly improved with the work they performed about a year ago. He explained at length, for my consideration, additional treatment options that might hopefully eliminate my issue.

I have so many positive things to say about the owner Randy and the work performed. We have had numerous problems with leaks into home under tile and hardwoods due to the heavy rainfalls. We have spent $,$$$ on drains, barriers etc. The problem persist until I found Rain Leak Solutions.
Randy came out. Did a thorough analysis of our problem. Schedule work at a fair price and now our problem is solved. We are high and dry.
We intend to use Randy again for phase 2, roof, windows, etc.
Lastly Randy is a trustworthy, honest and very intellegient in area of solutions for rain leaks.

Randy Clyde is a true expert in his field. He came to my home and just meeting him, I knew he would do the job well. He found the problem and went to work on it immediately...replacing a windowsill, painting it beautifully, sealing up all the areas inside and out that were leaking and could potential be a problem. He has a great warranty on his work.
It's been raining really hard during this seasonal change and I feel so secure now in my home...not a drop coming anymore.

This is the second time I have used these guys and couldn't be happier. In my first house I had two different tuck-pointers, one window guy and one roofer all tell my they could fix the problem, but it wasn't until Randy and Coltin showed up that it was fixed. You have to remember, this is an art, not an exact science. Water can penetrate the smallest of cracks in mortar or in stone and these guys found and fixed the problem. They also stand behind and guarantee their work. I highly recommend not only for finding and fixing problems, but for preventative care as well.

James, your review is spot on. We actually received a quote back in early March as we have a leak in the joint above our master bath window. Every time it rains the window leaks and we now have damage on the interior. We were told they were busy and would be out the next week and get it fixed. Well next week has turned into next month. Tried calling this company today and found out the person who came out and quoted quit. You think they would have let us know this. In hindsight should have read the reviews before we bothered with this business. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS BUSINESS!!!! We have
