The 2 post lift arrived yesterday and was installed in short order. The team from Moore equipment worked diligently from start to finish with no breaks or stoppage for any reasons. Not even for lunch.
I enjoyed watching the precision assembly with zero mistakes or go backs, all while Austin and Josh explained everything they were doing and how everything worked. The lift works beautifully.
From my first call to Moore equipment and the return call from Mark M, things could not have gone smoother. Mark explained the entire process and

My service department used this group in the past, so I contacted the group late Thursday. We have a lift down and unsafe. First call was a nice experience. The ladies took a message and let me know someone would call me tomorrow. 11am on Friday and I still have not heard from anyone. I called and spoke to Chris in Service. She was very pleasant, however she did not give me a explanation why they did not follow up. She let me
