Helping women in mid-life manage relationships and stress, so they can rock their second act!. Even though I have a background in psychotherapy, I found that it was not giving women the skills, tools, and mindset shifts they needed to be happy, peaceful and fulfilled. They were able to have a container to spill their current problems but they were not learning the life skills and proper mindset to handle it all.

I have helped thousands of women move forward with direct coaching to help them right now, instead of enduring years of psychotherapy and diving into the past. So, if you are still stuck after trying many different approaches, want to move forward quickly, and learn what it takes to become empowered and resilient, set up a call with me.

My husband always told me I was continually searching and was never content or satisfied. I tried many different paths toward a valuable meaningful life.

I've been working with Jodi Baretz for a few months now and I must say what strikes me is her accessibility. Sometimes you think of "mindfulness" and it sounds a little too - out there. Jodi takes these concepts and shows you practical applications in your daily life. Whether we are speaking about relationship issues or dietary struggles, Jodi shows me how everything is interconnected. Jodi has definitely raised my awareness and how I meet each new challenge: I am much more present, more forgiving and have taken more risks. I feel I've grown with her and while I have

As an athlete, and struggling with weight, (yes, even athletes struggle with weight) Jodi has shown me a whole new way of eating, along with mental strategies which are helping me obtain my ultimate goals. In a matter of a month, I have gotten 11 minutes quicker on my runs, lost weight, and just feel amazingly well! My stomach, mind and body have never felt this good. I recommend Jodi to anyone looking for a cleaner, healthier way of eating, robust lifestyle and mental wellness. Jodi is truly amazing and plan on working with her for a long time to accomplish my goals.
