This has been our favorite IT company to work with! They immediately respond with an action plan within a few hours of setting up a ticket; they video call and walk us through steps to trouble shoot (and we never feel stupid :) ) and they make office visits when necessary. Always friendly and they always follow-up to ensure the job is done. Thank you Vertical!

Excellent product and amazing customer service. We have had very few issues and they respond immediately when needed. I am sure we were a challenge for them as we are a camp located in the San Gabriel Mountains, but they went above and beyond to set us up and keep us communicating with our guests. I would highly recommend them.

Vertical Computers has come in clutch multiple times for our organization. I have gone to them when experiencing urgent and major server issues. They are always able to resolve the issue, whether it be with iSCSI, FreeNAS, Hyper-V. They even helped during a major cryptovirus hack. VC has helped with maintaining our VoIP server and helped us migrate to Office 365.
