I have absolutely no idea why the reviews are so terrible, but I came today for the first time and the office was superb, all of the staff were very nice and polite. Absolutely no issues, I have a Medicare advantage plan so it didn’t cover everything-but that’s not their fault, I’m not complaining about that. That’s not their fault-whatsoever. At the end, the lady took several minutes of her time to clean my existing glasses (until I get new ones). No complaints whatsoever and I’m genuinely impressed. I don’t recommend listening to the negative reviews-as they were the complete opposite

Very disappointed. I am a customer so I recommended them to my wife to make a appointment. We both just moved here and are retired . Presently I am a customer. We don't have eye insurance so she needed a quote. It was off the wall. We are so upset we are going back to our doctor in Southaven.Boy I swear being retired is not a reason to take advantage of people. Southaven eye is a third of the cost.i believe in a good quote. I don't like to re negotiate as I go along. Someone should have called me back.

To start, I cannot comment on the quality of care that this facility has. And, I will add that the receptionist was very nice and apologetic. That being said, my review is due to the fact that the appointment would be 35 days from the day I walked through the door. I have lost my glasses and my prescription is expired. I wonder if someone that has the same issue and is legally blind would be given the same type of unacceptable appointment length. I can imagine that people walk out that door more times than the 7 reviews note, so I'd advise, if you need a prescription right away, go elsewhere.

Dr. Stones is wonderful. I just wonder do he know what he have as the receptionist..Customer service. Those ladies that sat at the receptionist counter are rude. Not only in person but also on the phone . Sorry Dr. Stone I will not be back after I pick up these glasses that cost a house note..No sir I will spend my money where I am comfortable and appreciated.
