The owner is the technician. He is extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything and he told me exactly what I need, no fluffing. I love BMW and I did my own stuffs before. Now I moved to apartment, can't no longer do that. Bruce showed me his workshop. I was amazed at both his knowledge and his pricing too. This is a place to go for BMW owners. You can't find a better place guarantee.

Excellent work, great service, nice guy. Finally! The shop I had been using closed and I literally took my 2005 BMW to three other shops before Bruce was recommended. (I won't go into the issues I had with other shops.) By the time I got my car to Bruce's Motor Works, it was a bit noisier than I realized, started making unpleasant smells, and shaking when I put the brakes on. Since Bruce worked on it, I've been driving it for a few weeks and it drives like it used to -- fairly quiet, no smells, no shaking. Awesome! I really like that Bruce is the person you talk to and Bruce does the work; there's no explanations that get lost in translation. Plus, he showed me the parts he took off my car and the new ones he put on. I love my Beemer, it's treated me well, and I really don't want to part with it -- so glad I found this guy! If you have a European car, Bruce is the guy for car repairs.
