My Name is Scott Gianchetta. I was raised in Orlando, Florida and moved to Utah at the age of 15. Through out my childhood I have had a fascination with art. I love to draw and paint. I am also a fan of animals and love to do fundraisers for non profit organizations to help their cause. As I grew so did my appreciation for art.
Of all the investments you make over your lifetime, the most valued and cherished will be your family photographs. The memories that ignite from looking at a photograph are not best described in words but rather in feelings. Look at your photos from birthdays, high school graduation, your wedding day.
Clothing is very important when it comes to your portraits. You dont want to wear anything that would be distracting and compete with your face. Loud colors and busy designs are not recommended. Thats not to say we dont allow them. Especially some Seniors have pretty busy uniforms and letter jackets.

I took my (almost) 3 year old and my dog to the Humane Society event to get a photo of them both with Santa. We were the first of the day and there were already others waiting. I expected to get in, get my dog situated, plop the unwilling tyrant..er toddler on Santa's lap and start saving up for the inevitable future therapy. Instead, both Santa and Scott (the photographer) were incredibly patient with my son and let the session go at his pace. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush us at all.
