Michigan's no-fault law can be divided into two types of cases, first-party and third-party (uninsured motorist coverage). First-party: A first-party case is between the auto accident victim and his/her insurance company for no-fault benefits, also called personal injury (PIP) benefits.
These benefits include medical expenses related to the auto accident, wage loss for the first three years following the accident, household replacement services (chores/help around the house), payment for mileage to and from medical appointments and attendant care (nursing services). If you do not have your own insurance, there are situations when an insurance company will pay benefits.

The first day I went to the office I was greeted and felt comfortable. I met Attorney Stone and was reassured his company would do everything in there power to help me with my case. My attorney Marcello is amazing and he keeps me posted about my case through calls and emails. He has always made time to listen to me and my concerns which greatly puts my mind at ease....especially with me dealing with anxiety....and that speaks huge volumes. Marcello shows that he cares and he is just one of the nicest people I've spoken to. I would recommend this company to everyone. Very professional.

We kept getting different attorney to talk to & they never had answers. Worst part there was a charge no 1 knew what/where it came from. B4 we signed we were told by Mr. Applebaum himself payment will be cut in half or he'll pay half. When it was time to pay they had no idea what we were talking about and mr. Applebaum was always busy. Then we found out someone made fake company & billed us & this company paid them without questions & deducted $ from us.I mean it was obvious When the insurance payed for all medical bills but that one. Took too long to pay

My case was so straightforward and they didn't recover anything near what was truthfully owed on my medical and worse on the wage loss.
Things are going to collections after settlement. My credit rating is ruined. Employers hold this against me.
My wage loss was nearly disregarded only one year and at minimum wage rate not my real pay rate 4 times less than I earned before. They blamed me for case delay. Covid was big hinderance but also they were telling the judge I was uncooperative. For years I demanded their office send me the total owed. I found out this total was not even calculated before
