His is my second sell/buy experience with Torang. I sold/bought with her in 2013 and immediately went back to her when I needed to sell/buy again in 2018.
Selling a home and buying a new one is a stressful juggling act for all parties involved and a nerve racking experience. Torang's attention to detail, calming attitude, and more importantly effort to make everything fall into place perfectly made me come back to her a second time. I recently relocated to Dallas from East Coast and wanted to buy a house before physically moving. I was looking for someone with local market knowledge and ability to work out the process without me being physically present. My experience working with Torang was amazing, once we discussed my situation she was able to suggest few neighborhood fitting my need. Once we agreed on a specific house, she met with builder and was able to negotiate conditions much favorable to me. She was available all throughout the process and very responsive and thanks to her i was able to close the house remotely.

By far the best realtor wife and I had worked with. V were looking for a single family home in the high demand Valley Ranch area of Irving zoned to Coppell ISD schools for almost a year and I had employed services of another highly experienced realtor but nothing was working out, and she was not aggressive at all, and I submitted almost 8 offers most of them 10-15k above the listing price but I never got through. I found Torang's ad in India Bazaar and immediately called her and signed her up, she was very cheerful, friendly and very aggressive and we saw 5 properties together and almost got through
