The customer service at Abstractions Florist is exceptional! I called from Canada to place an order for our sister and it was so easy and stress free. Darn it - only 5 stars available to rate! Abstractions (Teri and her crew) deserve 10 stars! We had a good friend pass away in Citrus Heights so we had Teri send the widow flowers. Yes, we did give her fairly detailed instructions on what we wanted. However, she actually did what we asked. The widow was thrilled with the flowers.
Now I know Abstractions is not a cookie-cutter florist. You don't order off a list of cookie-cutter arrangements - these are unique and gorgeous one-offs. But the cost is about the same as "the others".

Creative, artsy and original! This florist never fails to impress! My husband has ordered from this florist exclusively after finding her about five years ago. I have ordered flowers for birthdays and bereavement. They are always spectacular! If you are looking for something special, this is the place.

I booked abstraction florist for my floral needs for my wedding events. The first day i met her, it was anazing. I liked her ideas. Working with her was super easy and smooth. Got my floral hair pieces for 3 different wedding events from her. Even my bridal bouquet and my hubbs boutonniere for wedding and reception were from them. I am super happy with their work. The florals were lovely. After wedding too i used her services for getting florals and chocolates delivered to my aunt for her anniversary. They have amazing services.

I called first thing this morning in an effort to get birthday flowers to my daughter. I chose Abstractions because of her uniqueness in arrangements, all from her home. My only was getting them to her early enough for her to enjoy at work and for all the peeps who ignore her to see how special and loved she is.
It seemed like an hour, although I knew it had to be longer, I got a text from my very happy and thankful daughter. I haven't seen them yet, but she said they were beautiful! Thank you for your excellent service and lovely flowers!

I was a little nervous to order from this florist because of her residential location. However, I was pleasantly surprised! I rushed in with a last minute order, on budget, during a busy weekend. They were able to deliver beautiful arrangement for my grandmother on time, on budget!

I called the same day to ask for two arrangements for church and gave her very limited instructions. Because it was so short notice, I was not expecting very much. I was so thrilled when I went to pick them up, they were so beautiful, she went above and beyond what I had expected and the price was so much more reasonable than the other florists I had called. She has a new customer for life, I am so impressed!

I had such a great wedding. I stayed positive through all the mishaps and stayed as stress free as I could. My makeup artist cancelled two weeks before the wedding and even then I was at ease and just took it as it was and found someone else, yet the florist is the only person that could make me want to pull out my hair and she made me cry on my wedding day..
First off, she has horrible customer service. We scheduled an appointment with her to meet her and go over pricing and arrangements and her phone rang and she answered which was okay. Until it was 3 calls later and she answered every one

It was last minute and I needed a wedding bouquet!! Teri was sooo helpful and was full of suggestions and reminded me that my husband also needed a boutonniere. I couldn't believe that I had forgotten that!!! Teri was flexible with my schedule and even when the date was moved up two days, she was able to have my beautiful red tulip bouquet ready!!!! We just moved to the area from Portland and I wanted to find a florist here I could count on for a nice result. (You can't use 1-800-flower and expect to create a very special moment. The flowers come in a box and look like they came in a box. They need to be unwrapped, trimmed, arranged, watered and then cleaned up after. There is NOTHING romantic about that - believe me!)
Anyway, I researched reviews and Abstractions in Rocklin caught my eye. Everyone loved

Wow !! I just received one of the most beautiful flower arrangements ever. Yesterday was my birthday & my sister who lives in France ordered flowers through Abstractions. I was shocked at the variety & quality of flowers. I'm not a traditional floral arrangement sort of person & this arrangement definitely was not. I'm new to northern CA & will absolutely be using Teri & her crew for all my future flower orders. Just wish they were available overseas.

I ordered a mixed flower arrangement for a friend and was kind of bummed at the quantity and value of the arrangement I ordered. I had specifically asked for a mixed flower arrangement with a variety of colors and when I saw the picture of the flowers I sent her, there were only white and yellow used and one purple iris. Just not what I had pictured or imagined! On top of that, there were very few stems of flowers.
I do admit that I they had speedy service because I placed my order at noon and they arrived by 3.

My dear roommate from college sent me the most gorgeous arrangement of purple, pink and lavender lilies, roses, tulips, greens and berries yesterday from Abstractions by Teri. I love it! It's so different and so beautiful from each and every angle I view it. I'd be proud to send flowers to anyone from Abstractions by Teri. Her style is so unique and creative. I'm so glad she didn't close --- just moved!!!!
