The tickets are each good for one Majestik Full Service Wash at Majestik Auto Spa Car Wash location. Sell Car Wash tickets and your organization keeps 50% of the proceeds ($ 7.50 each ticket) when sold for full face value. Charity can sell for less but must pay $7.45 for each ticket sold to Majestik Auto Spa upon completion of charity ticket sales.

I made an appointment for 9am online, but I when I got there, I saw their sign say that they didn’t open until 10. I was worried at first, but I was met by one of their employees who happened to also be my detailer that day.
Austin was so friendly, nice, and seemed genuinely excited about his work on my car. The detail service was so worth the price. He did a phenomenal job making my old car feel newer. This was my first experience and I am so happy with the service!

I paid $20 for exterior wash and tire shine on our RAM Longhorn Laramie the truck is still dirty and wasn't even dried off good. This is the second time that service wasn't up to standards we live in Moycok NC and drive all the way over here because at one time the service was really good but lately it's like throwing away money. Something needs to be done about this poor service

Only 3 other customers. I had to move my car cause the 6 employees working were not paying attention. They left my car sitting at the end of the wash while another car was sent through. I paid. for a wash that didn’t fully wash everything off my vehicle. I then paid $20 extra to ensure the interior was cleaned well, which it was not & I had to go behind them & vacuum myself. I paid them $10 to dry & I inspected vehicle to only see that mud and bugs were still everywhere. I emailed company & no one ever cared to contact me in return.
This is not even the 1st time I have had issues with them actually cleaning a vehicle, I had just hoped it would be different but it was not

Disappointed. person drying the car was wiping down the car starting on the driver side moving toward the back. he wiped the rockerpannel, an with the same rag starting wiping the next door. the rockerpannel collects the worst of road grit. got manager, he said that's OK, he is supposed to 7se the same rag below the windows........... my last visit there.

This is after paying for the highest package internal and external cleaning with hand wax. What’s the point of paying for a service when you go home and have to do it yourself anyway? Asked to speak with the manager who refused to meet with us and sent a young staff member to tell us they are unable to do anything further to clean this vehicle… and this is on a day they’re not busy. Highly recommend you go somewhere else so you’re not robbed like I just was.

My favorite place to take my car to for a wash, even if rain is expected the next day. Some days they're busier than others. Usually morning on weekdays are less busy. About a 10 minute wait for a quick wash and dry without a line and up to an hour on busy days with 7-8 cars in line to get washed and another 7-8 being dried. They rinse out front plastic mats. Vacuuming is done before the vehicle goes into the wash. They have a soft-cloth washer with several stages. I have a sunroof and have not had any damage to the seal since I brought my car starting in late 2016.

Came in with my 2 year old to get my car washed before a road trip. Explained the outside wasn't a priority, but another family will be riding with us so I really wanted the inside to be spick and span. Was recommended the Gold Wash, went ahead and paid (tipped the vacuumers $2) took my sons car seat out and waited about 15 minutes. There were 2 other cars there. After it was done I went out, and the very polite person who showed me to my car waited while I installed my sons car seat again and told me to let him know if anything needed touched up. I got the ultimate wash plus my 2 front seats shampooed today. Great job on the outside and cleaning the interior, plus my seats really needed to be cleaned and now they look brand new. The reason I am leaving 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the confusion on my way in. I followed the arrows to the entrance of the car wash where employees were vacuuming and driving other cars into the wash, but no one acknowledged me or gave me any direction on if I was in the right place to order and pay or not so after a few minutes of sitting in line, I actually had to wave down an employee to make sure.

Recently visited right Christmas. They were super busy and the wait was long. I figured it would be worth it. I purchased the gold wash ($20.95). I was very disappointed in the final result. My windows had streaks and water spots on the inside and outside on every single window. My lower half of the doors still had dirt. I came back several days later to take advantage of their rewash guarentee. Every single employee was very friendly and had no problem with the rewash. Not impressed. Did the mangers special. Platinum wash with interior clean. I have to go home and finish the interior cleaning. Steering wheel not wiped down. Large spots on dash and doors where dressing was not applied. Center console and cup holders not even touched. Floorboards (interior) were not touched. Not worth the money.

I had my Pilot and my Husbands Tundra washed, wipe down and vacuumed. When I check out the inside and asked them to get a section that was missed the guy huffed at me and rolled his eyes. The girl working on my car barely did anything on the inside. My 7 ur old could have done a better job. She threw massive attitude when I asked to open the trunk. I understand that the employees are outside working hard but come on. A positive attitude goes a very long way.. I personally don't think it's worth the money.

I had never been to this car wash before but we had a great experience. We got the basic, bronze wash and didn't have to wait at all midday on Saturday. We were in and out in 15 minutes and my SUV looked awesome. The inside was pretty filthy with sand from the beach, but once we got it back you wouldn't have had any idea how much was in there. Staff were all super friendly as well. I'll definitely come back when I'm in town!

Awful service don't ever bring your vehicle here after 1 wash I brought it back because my vehicle still was dirty. When I brought it back they did just as bad if not worse than the first time. They said that the mud was stuck on. After a sponge and 30 seconds of actual elbow grease it came right off. Also one of my side mirrors was ripped off. Pictures are after they washed it dried it.

I am usually pretty happy with my car washes here. They vacuum your car prior to running it through an automatic wash and finish it up with hand dry and any extras you pay for (i.e., tire lusters). They are very efficient and the wait is never terribly long. 90 percent of the time its young adults or teens that works on your car. I think they do a great job for the price. If you want more detailed cleaning, I suggest you take it to a detailer or do it yourself.

My last visit got me 2 washed tires (I have four), and the back area of the Pilot wasn't touched by the vacuumers.

Next time you are there and walking down the aisle, look and see how many of the washer nozzles are not spraying any water or soap. The so-called tire blasters have been inoperative for over a month... All they do is sit there and wave back-and-forth at the tire as your car drives by.
On the rinse cycle, 8 of 10 of the rinse nozzles are broken.
What is the worst though is the smell of the "recycled water" they use to "clean" your car with...it smells like a septic tank...and this is what they are cleaning your car with!! I asked the

I'm not sure what kind of experience the other reviewers had, but mine was beyond excellent. I went for an interior detail and car wash and Clyde was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He even helped me find a plug to charge my phone and let me sit in my car while he finished up because I was cold.
