We received the first initial meeting by Prem the owner, immediately after a first phone call. He went thru the whole paper work procedure briefly and also provided the information for our needs. Without taking any deposit from us like other company, he was able to assign a care giver for our parents within a day. He took the time and talked to us about the situation and gave us the comfort of someone who cares. We felt like having a friend at home.
