The staff was detailed, courteous and honest. I called to get my windshield chip repaired but my insurance said it's best to pay out of pocket. I called and Christina coached me how to request my chip repair from the insurance company making the repair free. I highly recommend Alan's Auto Glass.

Christina was a pleasure to interact with- super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about costs and insurances. The technicians seemed nice too as they acknowledged and greeted me with a triumphant, "your car is ready!" : when I returned.
So.i took my own car for Evans field trip and on our way to the second destination something chipped my windshield pretty bad! After scrambling to get it repaired before the crack spread onto the rest of the windshield, Alan's auto Glass in Seaside, Ca.fixed my windshield and got me on the road! Great service and super friendly people!

After some thieves broke the back passenger window of my Honda CRV and stole my daughters backpack with lots of her belongings, I was traumatized. I went to a glass place in Salinas to get the window fixed and that didn't work out so I went to Allen's Auto Glass. They were extremely nice and efficient. Not only did they fix the back window, but they replaced by whole windshield that had a crack in it.
I'm writing this a few months later. My back window stopped working for some reason and I brought it in. They got to it right away and found out that it didn't need any parts

Excellent experience! Had a large crack in my Tesla Model 3 windshield. After messing around with Safelite (who called me the night before the appointment to tell me that they were 4-6 weeks away from getting the glass) to the Tesla "recommended" vendor in the Monterey area (a local body shop whose estimator was HORRIBLE at response and follow-up...kept blowing me off when I called to follow-up after he provided a quote) I found Alan's. Had already wasted 6 weeks with the other two vendors. Alan's made it happen. EXCELLENT communication. Kristina in the office was terrific

Driving through the Vegas desert..a flock of birds hit my window and cracked it. When I got home I went to Alan's and he took good care of me.

Amazing. They fixed a bullseye chip in the glass roof of our tesla in about 30 minutes and it was difficult to find afterwards even looking for it. I heard about this place when we needed a new windshield for our Subaru and the dealer subcontracted the glass work out to them. It seems like most dealers in the area send their glass work here.
They charge about half as much as safelite for rock chips... Wish I knew about them sooner!

I was able to make a same/day appointment for a small rock chip windshield repair by phone with the very pleasant young woman who takes the calls and runs the office. The repair was completed COVID-style in the parking lot; I was able to stay in my car & work. The techs are all working outside & were not masked, but the same nice lady came out to the car (masked) to place the mirror inside the windshield as part of the repair process. She also kindly helped me to the credit card payment in my car without me having to sign with a pen or remove my mask. I would definitely go back to this

Had a great experience with Alan's. I tried to get a chip in my windshield fixed. After they inspected the windshield, they found that the windshield had already been fixed. The reflection of the gel just looked like a crack. They could have a tricked me into thinking they fixed it but they were honest and didn't charge me anything. I'll be going back when I need work done.

The worse experience in our trip was that someone broke one glass in order to stole something from our car.
That put us in a really bad situation, cause we'd to drive to LA to take a fly. Not really safety (or comfortable) with a broken glass.

Went to internet and tried USAAs contracted Auto glass services and the mislead me and in the end I lost a month with false promises- I do like USAA, but this time their contracted party was absolutely terrible and uncaring.
Alan's Auto Glass are miracle workers and they worked to make my car whole again with the best Customer Service I have ever experienced

I had the best experience at Allan‘s Auto Glass. I thought my windshield was leaking. They checked for leaks, (soap spray & compressed air blowgun. They couldn’t find any spots.
They told me other places to check for leaks on my vehicle. Very good people, the best service I’ve received in years, anywhere!
