At Premier, we pride ourselves on being different from most fitness facilities. Our devotion to the Pilates Method expands across all of our class offerings. Spine and back safety is at the center of everything we do. Individualized/personal instruction helps guide our student to safe and effective movement, along with attention towards reaching whatever personal goals our students might have.
Our students are not expected to show up and know what to do! They are guided through every session by highly trained instructors with years of experience working with all body types. In the words of Joseph Pilates, "In 10 sessions, you feel better, 20 sessions you look better, 30 sessions you have a completely new body."

Services
I began at Premier Pilates for my own health because of multiple medical issues. I was so impressed by my own sessions that we became the first skilled nursing facility (Landmark Care Center) in the country to purchase a studio reformer and wall tower from Balanced Body.
As a Physical Therapist, I have taken the principles of Joseph Pilates and introduced them in each treatment session in order to improve core control and the stability necessary for improved function.In addition to these benefits, I have noticed a dramatic decrease in back and shoulder pain as the clients have improved their posture and ability to maintain the proper alignment for the natural design of the body.

I absolutely enjoy Premier Fitness! The instructor's are educated in Pilates and focus on isolating, strengthening and stretching muscle groups to improve our movement, flexibility, balance and overall well being. Along with the Pilate-focus workouts, they offer CyCore (spin-type classes) for aerobic exercise, a gym for individual workouts along with a variety of other complementing classes. And the best part...they make it fun! Visit and be surprised.

I'm so thankful for the team at Premier and the focus on form and core strength they provide during classes. I've been attending classes here for over a year and have seen great improvements. Working in medical, my back is often sacrificed during patient care, Ken's focus on proper alignment rings in my head while I work. I'm a mom of three and Kathy gets this! She's been great at honing in on postpartum needs. Jackie's classes, like mat pilates, Barre and HIIT are challenging and detailed. I can't sing them more praises!
