I am a born-and-raised Midwest girl, calling the Kansas City area home for the last 6 years.
After spending a few years in Nashville, TN, singing and songwriting, I made the choice to start my career in insurance so I could be closer to my family.which is oh so important to me! My journey into State Farm began in Oklahoma about 10 years ago. I grew up a huge sports fan, so it didn't take long to bleed Chiefs red and Royal blue.

I can not in good conscience recommend this State Farm agent or office.
1) Don't ever expect to call in and speak to someone in real time. You will ALWAYS have to leave a message and wait for someone to call you back.
2) You will never actually talk to your agent, Jodi. And your reps will change every claim.
3) Lisa in particular has been rude and condescending to me each time I've spoken with her. She also was so busy telling me that I was wrong, that she never even asked what my concern was, or the coverage policy in reference.
4) They will not let you know if your policy coverage has changed
