Maria deliberately ruined my hair. I had long hair to about mid back an asked for a trim even showing her exactly about a half inch. She positioned the chair so I could not see what she was doing and I saw small snips of hair falling. I felt that it was taking a long time to trim and do some layers. While she was working she talked nonstop and even made anti Semitic comments that I found highly offensive. When she was done she turned the chair around facing the mirror. I was horrified to see that my hair was not trimmed but cut to shoulder length and layers were even shorter and sticking out. It

Former loyal customer here. My last visit was not pleasant. My stylist was running behind, but only by 20 mins., which was fine. My usual blunt cut trim was fine. But current CDC recommendations were not observed by staff and 98% of other customers. A woman customer that was soon seated 2 feet away from me - she was maskless - coughed and hacked nonstop. I told my stylist that I needed to get out of there, and I couldn't leave fast enough. Suffice it to say, my health was put at risk. I won't be back.

I went in to get a haircut at my shoulders and layered look, showed her a picture she said she could do it. All I got was a bunch of bangs and a pixie cut at my chin. I asked them for a refund they did not want to take care of the customer. So now I am opening a case with the Consumer Protection Agency

Horrible horrible experience. I am out of state and was recommended this place. Needed to get my hair bleached/ have my blonde blended in more with my root color. I had given the lady a reference picture of what hair I wanted/ have had before done on my hair so I knew that it would have been possible on my hair ... I was reassured that she can do it and that she is really good at doing blondes and that I have nothing to worry about..... but boy was I in for a surprise... the lady was more interested in telling me how dry my ends were and how they need to be cut (even tho I had also scheduled for

Today I had my hair cut at Hair Gallery for the first time. My appointed was with June. I had researched online prior to making my appointment at this establishment. In my case I was looking for a stylist that could cut short curly hair and used the scissor/razor technique. I had read quite a few reviews suggesting June at Hair Gallery. I have to say I am so happy that I decided to make an appointment here. When you arrive she questions you to find out exactly what you are looking for in your hair cut. I initially called with a weird request for their stylist to pick and choose my hair cut and color and let me tell you, they did NOT disappoint. The entire atmosphere was very welcoming and all of the staff was extremely friendly and so nice. I had an appointment with Daniel and he was extremely professional. Before we even started he explained to me how the process is and what is going to be happening. He answered all my questions before, during, and after the whole appointment. The colors came out fantastic and he even styled my hair for dinner as we were literally the last people in the salon
