I have been a good customer of this place, I have spent a lot of money there. Each time I go in now it’s very nasty over crowded, no one speaks, and once they finally get to you they do 25% of your service and then let you sit while they take in more customers . I plan on calling the state board and I hope they read this because they should be shut down they are also very filthy. I’ve tried to call them back also regarding a service that I paid over $500 to be done, i needed it to be touched up but yet now that they have my money they won’t bother to even call back. Called and asked if there was a long wait for walk ins. I told them how many people were in my group. They said there was a wait but acted as if I would be able to get my nails done no problem. We sat waiting for 2 hours. I was never told I would be waiting that long. When I asked how much longer the wait would be, I was told I was next in line, but they had been working on the same person's nails since I got there and the 3 other people who had just sat down would probably take the same amount of time. Yes I was told I had to wait when I called but not that I would have to wait 2-4 hours plus

I have been getting Lash extensions by UT for about two years now and she is the absolute best. She is very detailed and will take her time to make sure my lashes are perfect! I also get my nails done frequently and used them for my wedding nails! They are all fantastic! Highly recommend. Customer for life!

I'm new to the area, and this was my 1st time here. Everyone was polite and funny from the time I entered. Michael did my nails, he's pleasant and gentle and did an amazing job. His wife did my design on my nails. I didn't even have to tell her what to do and was completely satisfied! I didn't get the name of the gentleman that did my pedi. He also did a great job. They both took their time and had me feeling relaxed and relieved! This will definitely be my spot from now on.

Worth every penny. Went with a friend today with no appointment, and was seated immediately with only a small wait for a tech. Very friendly and offered us drinks. We both got Golden Pedicures, and it was great! Left with an amazing pedicure and super soft feet / legs. Will always return from now on!

I went to city nails for the first time today with a friend on a whim without an appointment, they were very kind and efficient. Tonya did my nails for Halloween and I absolutely love them, they’re my favorite set i’ve ever done. A wonderful salon, I’ll definitely be back in the future :)
