I am quite familiar with the mental health field and have always considered therapeutic practices to be of the utmost importance, in good times and in bad. Vicki is an amazing hypnotherapist and helped me resolve a bad habit and some negative thoughts that were keeping me down. He office is very calm and comfortable, as his her demeanor. With her help I was able to feel so much better and carry that over into my professional and personal life. After getting almost nowhere with "regular" talk therapy for 8 years I can't believe how quickly hypnosis with Vicki worked!

I've been seeing Vicki for hypnotherapy to address my sleep issues. I prefer to be as holistic as possible and hypnotherapy seemed to be a great option for that. She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in detail before starting down this path. Her office is very nice and quiet - and comfortable (I've fallen asleep several times during the sessions!) and convenient for me as it's located in the Marina near Safeway. I have to say that although I'm not sleeping entirely through the night (yet), my sleep is drastically improved! I'm really amazed at what a powerful and effective
