Data recovery can be a challenge and 'free' software rarely works. It is a cheap investment to let a pro so thos with the proper tools. These folks came through and followed up on a separate laptop recovery issue as well. As a geek I know my limits, and it nice to have a go to source. Very satisfied with the work, follow ups and customer service.
Third review on third service performed by Jason. Replaced MB and got laptop operating for half the cost of a new one. The price was reasonable (yes, I did look at price for a new MB) and the estimate upon completion was not changed.

Jason has been my computer technician for several years. After I moved from Texas to Washington, I've continued to rely on Jason by remote connection because I'd rather have him work on my computer than anyone else . . . he's just that GOOD! I have some vision challenges, and Jason knows my accommodation programs well. He recently set up my new laptop. I'm far away from home with my personal all in one computer and somewhere along the way my screen received a crack. Found this place and gave it a try and I must say from the start Destiny was very helpful and knowledgeable. She kept me in the loop every step of the way. She even went as far as using her personal cell phone (she didn't have to) to call me because my cell number wasn't reachable by the business phone. Her customer service was over and beyond... This is definitely the person for the front office.

I was pleasantly surprised when on a Saturday when everyone else is off work...their on the job working for you. An issue that I had got resolved....the owner went above and beyond the call of duty...it reestablished my faith in people and industry ...they REALLY do care about their customers 🤔🤗 wow!!! Their willingness to work with every person on an individual basis and to hear you out and not treat you like a number..is rare. Il make it my go to for any computer issue in the future.

Called in a crisis about my phone lines being down at my restaruant, and the I fix computer team was able to come after hours and get my business up and running in no time! They are extremely professional and exceptionally well at explaining issues to non-tech individuals (as my self). Would recommend them to anyone and everyone in Victoria! 10/10
