We always come here for my husband's pants. Molly greeted us as we walked in, ask what we were looking for, took us over to the product, found his size and offered to order us additional ones. She definitely went out of her way to make us feel special besides being very friendly and knowledge about the store.

Just got home from Ward's Apparel (75 mi drive). Really needed some new jeans. Since Levi's are not making my particular type of jean (560s) it has been tough to find a replacement. Our sales clerk, Nikki, was *really* helpful and kind. She thought the Carhartt Relaxed Fit jeans would be similar and she was right on target! (bought three pairs - great price) Thanks, Nikki and Ward's Apparel. You have a repeat customer. :^)

While the business has a large selection of boots and other apparel, the customer service leaves something to be greatly desired. Today was the second time in a month that my wife and I have gone into Ward's Apparel and have not only not had any of the employees ask either of us if we needed any help finding anything, but also were not greeted as we entered the store. Two employees walked past me as I was standing by the men's boot display and I received no offer of assistance. Overall it was very poor customer service, and I doubt that my wife and I will be back a third time.

Wow. The largest Levi's selection I have ever seen. As soon as you walk in, the first thing you see is that entire back wall is just stacked with Levi's jeans. They have just about every fit (501, 514, 569, etc.) every made.\
Oh, yeah, they also sell boots (the real kind, not Manolo Blahniks), which are very hard to find in Indiana.
