Had two different people cane out, one late at night called Sam, he was great but didnt have the part so the ordered it. The next day John came out with the part, he was outstanding and very polite and professional. He took care of the problem quickly and easily. This guy John - deserves a raise.

AC went out while on vacation. Called on Monday and they had a tech here at 10 AM. Only made sense to replace 12 year old unit compared to another repair. Already put $ in it 3 times in the last 3 years. New unit was in and cooling the house at 8PM the same day. Tech and installers were very polite and not pushy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Alan's Air conditioning.

I called to schedule a regular maintenance of the AC unit expecting to wait at least a week but to my surprise they were able to come the next day! Daniel the service tech was friendly, personable and had the job done in less than 45 minutes. Great job!
