Went after hs. Someone looked at my car and said I should get a call the day after with an estimate.
I called, they had to talk to the guy and asked me to call a day later in the morning for the estimate.
I called, they said that the person who looked at my car doesn't do estimates and I should call a day later to schedule for an estimate since the estimate person is currently not available. Needless to say I went somewhere else instead.

This place is great. I had an issue with my vehicle, mainly cosmetic and they were able to fix it for me; even with me just walking in. Now thats not to say you shouldn’t make an appointment but they were really great about it. Fast forward a few years later, I needed them again. Once again I dropped by, this time on a busy Friday; and again they were quick, courteous, and friendly. Me and the receptionist chatted while the guys worked on my car and in no time I was back on the road. I would definitely return here if needed but hopefully I won’t be needing any auto body work.

They are very friendly, respectful, and it's a pleasant atmosphere. Their staff are very pleasant, Their workmanship is 5 stars ,they are professional and their work is backed up by a guarantee. I brought my tired, 1988, BMW in to get some bodywork and painting done. They team who worked with me could not have been more curtious and kind. I don't normally write reviews but these guys were awesome; from the lady that took my call and helped me change my appointment to Anthony that even backed up my Car for me they were all courteous friendly and not pushy at alll ( I was there for an estimate and due to distance I decided to complete repairs elsewhere) . They have a Geico Claims adjuster there that was also very polite friendly and professional. Thank you Custom Coach Auto Body.
