Worst experience I've ever had dealing with a broker!!!
We were late to the appointment to unload due to shipper taking over 6 hours to load us, rate con stated it could take up to 3 hours. When asking for a new appointment it was over 10 days out, they expected us to have our trailer held up for that long! As a small business we can't afford that! Requested layover pay and they denied stating WE were late to the pick up. Completely false, the shipper took over 45 minutes to check us in, so the time on the BOL made it look like we were late. I should have read the negative reviews for this broker
