My grandma called last Wednesday. Twice. Just after 3 pm. The call was forwarded to another number both times. The second time she left a message. However, she is yet to receive a call back. I have been waiting since August to get my washer repaired. It was purchased from Baron’s, along with the extended warranty in October 2017. in August 2020 it stopped working. It took 2 weeks to get a person here to look at it. the part was ordered and a date was set for the repair. We got a text a few days before the scheduled date cancelling… that date and giving us a date in December. After much screaming, a date for 10/27 was set. That was again pushed off until 11/10. It is never a good time for an appliance to die, especially a refrigerator. I really appreciated Paul squeezing me in for a Friday appointment. In addition, Joshua and Zach diagnosed the problem quick and went above and beyond to get it repaired same day. I called and left a message. Paul, the owner, called me back promptly. I explained how my refrigerator was not making ice or water. Paul was very honest and said "I'll have you do a couple things first to save you money. I think its a 50/50 chance your line is frozen. turn it off and open it up for 24 hours." That did the trick and I really… appreciate him sharing that and saving me money instead of them charging us for a service call. Tech came out for my microwave and refrigerator water dispenser. I could have fixed my microwave myself as the springs just came loose from the latch that allowes it to lock. I decided to call someone in because I was having issues separating the casing from the door and didn’t want to crack the casing. Tech came in and did just that, cracked the… casing. Told me he wasn’t going to charge me for it, wow thanks.
