Well? Where do I start? First of all the reason this place overcharges on everything is probably to have more money to pay yelp to take down all the bad reviews! 0 stars would be generous for this establishment...Went in for an oil change with 1 other car there so anyone in their right mind would think in and out in an hour tops, nope. 3 hours later the man who I assume is the owner said they were going their fastest even though I had witnessed the guy changing the oil on his cell phone talking, then texting, then eating lunch it was bizarre. My brakes started grinding really bad on my way to work in the early morning hours. When I was coming home I saw this place an had remmeber that I saw it on google reviews an was very impressed. Had a head gasket go out on my truck...of course, it couldn't be a simple straight forward problem. The team at Deerfield Auto got on the problem right away, gave me straight answers and an accurate quote. They knocked out the job quickly and even had my back when a brand new manufactures specialty part failed. Though out it all, everyone involved had a positive, can do attitude.
I have no reservations about taking my vehicles to them for minor or major issues.

Nightmare shop, they will sell you things you don’t need, sometimes they don’t even change the oil filter, if you ever are told you have metal in the brake fluid, RUN. This is the shop that people worry about, they will charge you for a diagnostic and waste time if there is nothing wrong with your car!! Ask for your old parts on every visit!! I wouldn’t send my worse enemy to this place. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Don’t let the smiles fool you, they just want to take every dime you’re willing to spend! Highly advise 2nd opinions! I came here for a state inspection that I needed in order to pickup my license plates at tax office (recent car purchase). They failed it intentionally for front window tint. LOL how pathetic.. and major inconvenience as my plate is almost expired. All other state inspectors said that was crazy and they shouldn't have inspected the car to begin with. Probably just wanted my lousy $25. Go elsewhere if you want full transparency.

Deerfield auto repair Kwik kar services is top notch. Right from when we drove in someone approached us and ask how they can help us. We did state inspection but they also provide air and Cabin filter for us after the inspection at reasonable price. Their employees’ are very professional and the owner is very nice too. I went for an inspection and was very disappointed when they took out an old used filter and told me that mine needed a change even though last week I had my dad change oil and filter. Joe needs to quit lying to customers who have been with him for awhile he gave me a price for changing out spark plugs on car said when he had car about 2 mo. ago he would do it for 100. Went in today and he says he never said that and does not remember. Well, my daughter of 43 was with me when he said that so I do have a witness. When I was having brake issues they were the closest shop I could drive to before the brakes completely failed. They have been my go-to ever since. I have been a costumer for several years and I have always returned because of the customer service and efficiency. I am a woman and unfortunately, I do not know a great deal about cars that why I pay a service/person to take care of something I have no knowledge of, and I am 100% ok with that.
