TrekFit - was born on the eve of the perceived new millennium (2000) atop Blood Mountain, Georgia. Driven by our desires to enjoy weekend with nature, we hiked up the Appalachian Trail towards the Blood Mountain summit. It was a night of tornadic activity where our fear for the world to end was out of sight, yet the wondering presence to be airborne by nightfall was gravitating our urge to get a good night sleep, as if it was our last.
Nutrition Experts The evolving trend in disseminating accurate information especially on something that impacts people's health has created more confusion among the consumers. How do you determine if the information you have about food and nutrition is coming from a reliable source? As research studies are published, the media grabs them and disseminate as quickly as they come.
I strongly believe that proper nutrition should start at early childhood. Proper growth and development of the human body depends so much on the proper nutrition it receives. For example, many young children suffer from poor growth and development resulting from deficiency diseases due to inadequate nutrient intake especially protein.
The human body is made up of trillions of cells. Each cell's most important need is for energy (fuel), oxygen (for burning), and water (as the living environment). The nutrients that must come from food are very important components to build these cells. So, how do we contrast nutrition to life? The beginning of a lifecycle is at embryotic stage where multiplication of specific bodily functions takes place.
Balanced Nutrition - The rate at the resting state is referred to the term Basal Energy Expenditure (BEE) or Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) - in simple terms, the energy needed to carry out fundamental metabolic functions, such as breathing, transporting ions, normal turnover of enzymes and other major body components.

My opinion on their training parks - In addition to allowing me to train for free in the breathtaking landscapes of Canada and more particularly in Quebec, they offer an undeniable quality, an excellent park locator and several free training plans. For municipalities that want to revitalize, provide residents with health tools and attract young families, this is a must.
