This branch never seems to be willing to work with customers. Today, they had to close their lobby. I get it something happened. As a business we needed change. They don't give change through the drive thru. I get that. However, Wilmot branch once had this happen and they were willing to give 2 rolls at a time thru drive thru since there was no other way. At this branch "sorry we don't do that". So, now it's a weekend and we have no change. You'd think they could find a way to help their customers since whatever happened is their issue but they really don't seem

I was going to update again and finish the saga of my bad experience. Instead, I took the advice of the branch manager, Berniece "if you don't like it, take your business elsewhere", and moved our banking. Challenge accepted, and the story has ended. That was how it ultimately ended.

We used to be able to go into our bank to conduct business. I have an appointment this morning, need to reschedule and I have called several times. The phone rings and rings, then goes to rapid beeping because nobody answers. I was asked when I'm unable to keep my appointment to call and let them know. Okay, I'm doing it. So..question, how long or how many times do I call to let them know? Will this effort to let them know I'm rescheduling be an all day job?
This is all because of the COVID shamdemic! Oh and in case you haven't heard...there are plans to keep this shamdemic

I moved from another bank many years ago. To say that bank was incompetent would incredibly generous. I won't go into the details -- you probably wouldn't believe it, anyway.
Long-story-short, I moved to Vantage West Credit Union on Broadway Blvd., near Sarnoff (8600 block).
They have been nothing but top notch as far as I'm concerned and the loan officers are just fantastic. I have had the pleasure of dealing with them on the finance of my car, two Harleys and some other things.
Star was just fantastic today. I went to her for advice on how to approach a financial problem

The customer service at this particular branch has always been great, there are no hidden fees like the big banks. Also the tellers are pleasant and will ask you how your day is going and will strike a conversation. The best part of all is that they don’t charge a fee to open an account unlike other bigger banks that require you to have a direct deposit or they will charge a fee. All you need is to keep a minimum of $5 to maintain the account open. They also give you a $7 dollar allowance to withdraw from other ATMs. Yes the call center customer service isn’t great but this branch isn’t at

This bank by far is the most difficult bank to deal with!!!! We have 2 car loans with them and I have been trying to pay our loan payments for two weeks now. We do not send out paper checks as we've had issues with lost mail. Setting up online payment does not work as it does not allow us to confirm their deposit. Also, trying to pay through automated system transfers me to live person after holding on the line forever. All we are trying to do is pay the damn bill.

After the phone call today it’s clear to me why your branch in Gilbert has a one star review as well. One of your ATM machines charged my debit card without dispensing the money or a receipt! It’s extremely frustrating that rather then trying to provide some assistance for an issue with your ATM you decided to pass me off to my own financial institution and tell me you couldn’t help. I spoke to Martin, employee number 1948 who identified himself as a supervisor of your member solution center. I have a major problem w/ Vantage West Credit Union. They are the lender for my car loan. However, I did NOT choose them personally. The way they handle business on a co-signed account is very time consuming & unorganized. This "update" to account login in that went into effect April 2019 was not done w/ consideration to anyone except the company themselves. As far as that, I would give them no stars if possible. They treat the joint account holders as if we have no value while maintaining the "value" & payment of the loan.

I wish I could choose ZERO stars because that's the service they provide at this Broadway and Old Spanish Trail location!! Started in the drive-thru. Waited, waited, waited to the tune of not moving for 15 minutes. I thought it was the front car holding up the line so I went inside the branch. Truth be told, it was the teller having issues with the drive through transaction. But it didn't stop there. I'm now in another line INSIDE the branch, waiting, waiting, waiting... at 4:30 there are 2 tellers counting down their drawer while 1 other teller is managing the inside line of people

I went in this afternoon to just do what I had to go do, and my helper named Isabel Montes was helping me out with my loan and giving me the best options and never have I felt so connected with someone before. It was a process with what I was dealing and at some point we had to wait for an approval from someone else, so she offered me some Starbucks and took me on her lunch break and we had such a nice talk. I didn’t even mind waiting because I was so into our conversation. Best service ever!!!! That’s all I have to say. Especially the tellers and the manager. I will definitely recommend to

Worst customer service ever. I had a 50.00 fee from a online banking that I never authorized. I walked into this crap whole and spoke with a male banker. I advised him that I never authorized any bill pay to be open. I want to see your fee schedule for this 50.00 bill pay fee. He advised me it's a third party and he doesn't have the fee schedule. Total BS. I told him to close my account right then and there and told him to keep my debit card. I will never use this POS company ever again.

Got a car loan through this CU, never had a problem, have a savings account there as well which has had $5.30 in it for 3 years, no interest accrued but also no fees taken out. I had to have an account to get the loan, and have never done a thing to maintain it. During this time I have never been harrased into putting more money into that account or charged any service fees for it's existence, something I really appreciate. Give them a try if you want something laid back, pressure free and easy to maintain
